What you purchase
Presale pays for the first 30-day Conversation Club membership period: 4 credits, MXN $750 online or $850 in person in Lázaro Cárdenas. One credit books one eligible session. SpeakMás Academy grammar courses are separate.
Start and validity
The start date and schedules are to be announced; we form groups according to demand. Before activation, we will agree a start and schedule you can accept. Your 30-day period does not run while awaiting activation. The local venue will be announced at least 2 days before the session.
Payment and founding place
Email confirmation creates an account and a temporary 48-hour hold; it does not confirm payment or book a session. A paid place is secured after Mercado Pago verifies payment. The offer is limited to the first 100 members or the first 6 months after launch, whichever comes first. Temporary holds are included in the availability counter.
Coach / referral code
A valid code from an approved coach gives 5% off your first eligible package, membership or drop-in purchase. The discount is reviewed before payment and does not apply to renewals or later purchases. Only one code can be used per purchase; you cannot use your own code. The coach receives 5% of the amount paid after the discount. Refunds and chargebacks reverse commission. Founding base pricing follows the membership rules; the first-purchase discount does not reduce future renewal prices.
Renewal
There are no automatic charges. Renewal is manual. Keep your founding rate for the same format while membership stays continuously active. Not renewing does not refund already activated periods or unused sessions.
Before activation
If we cannot offer a start or schedule you can accept, you may request a refund of your unused presale before activation. Contact @speakmasclub with your email and order number. We will review the request and process the refund through the payment provider; posting time depends on the provider and bank. You do not need to buy another membership to change a schedule that has not been confirmed.
Bookings and groups
Membership payment does not automatically book a session. Bookings close 2 hours before the session. With 3 or more students booked: 90-minute group session; with 2: 90-minute small group; with 1 at cutoff: 60-minute solo conversation at no extra charge. Later absences do not shorten the duration already set.
Changes and cancellations
Membership allows booking up to 21 days ahead and cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the session, subject to availability. A failed reschedule preserves the original booking. Absences consume the credit. If SpeakMás cancels a session, the credit is returned. These membership terms do not change the final-booking rule for single in-person sessions. Applicable rights are respected.
